If you are not satisfied with your order from LNB Cancles, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for an item of equal value.
Return instructions are included in each package. Products must be in an unused or defective condition to be eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be sent back in the original packing to:

LNB Candles will not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for returns or exchanges. No in-store methods are available.
All returns or exchanges must be received at the LNB Candles office no more than 10 days after the order reached the customer. Please consider shipping delays when making a return. Returns made outside of this return date are not eligible for refund and will not be refunded. Items sent to LNB Candles after the return date might not be returned to the customer.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
All refunds will be made to the order's original method of payment. Refunds to the original method of payment will initiate once the returned product is delivered back to LNB Candles. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to reflect in your personal records.
Customers may receive store credit in place of a refund if requested.
Gift returns are accepted. Gift returns are handled just as a normal return. All the above policies are applicable to gift returns.
