How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 3PM Monday - Friday are shipped same day by priority mail. A tracking number will be provided. If an order is placed after 3PM it will be shipped next business day.
My order is a gift can I include a message?
Absolutely. We love making your gift as special as possible and would be happy to include a personalized message. You can include the message when placing your order.
I am doing a curbside order. How long do I have to pick it up?
Your order will automatically be canceled after 7 days and a cancelation email will be sent. Your order will be returned to store inventory and a refund will be automatically processed within 3-5 business days.
Do all orders come gift wrapped?
Your orders come boxed and can be gifted as such. If you would like specific gift boxing you can add that during checkout.
My candle has melted to the bottom but I want to use the container how do I get the wax out?
Congrats on enjoying your candle. It is a very simple process. Use a blow dryer on a med high setting to soften the small amount of wax left. You can remove it with a gentle cloth.
Why should I use a wick cutter?
Trimming the wick allows the flame to have a clearer and brighter burn. Keeping wicks shorter also means your candles will have a cleaner burn.
